Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Allopy. By connecting an account, configuring rules, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Allopy on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

1. The Service

Allopy reads incoming business communications, classifies them against rules you configure, and — where you've authorized it — executes actions on connected third-party systems (such as Stripe and Google Calendar) on your behalf. You control what actions Allopy is permitted to take, including dollar caps, categories of requests it may act on, and when it must hold an action for your review instead of proceeding.

2. Your Responsibilities

3. AI-Assisted Decisions

Allopy uses automated classification to interpret requests and route or execute actions. While Allopy is designed to hold uncertain or high-risk decisions for human review rather than act on them, no automated system is error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing flagged items and for the ultimate outcomes of actions taken through your account, including those taken automatically under rules you configured.

4. Fees and Billing

During the early-access period, pricing and terms are agreed individually with each design partner. Once general pricing tiers are published, they will govern new subscriptions going forward. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as separately agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation

You may disconnect Allopy from your accounts and stop using the service at any time. Design partner agreements may include their own notice terms, which will be provided in writing at the time of onboarding.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Allopy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allopy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service. Allopy's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid Allopy in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

Allopy connects to third-party services (including Google and Stripe) that you authorize. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Allopy is not responsible for the availability, security, or conduct of third-party services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Allopy if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or for any reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Allopy evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active users before they take effect.
